How it works
It is simple. There are 5 easy steps - all online:
STEP 1: A shipper that wishes to use the ERRT WayAhead Programme applies to register.
STEP 2: Once approved, the shipper uses the programme to invite a carrier (or many carriers) to participate.
STEP 3: The invited carrier registers and completes the online environmental performance questionnaire.
STEP 4: The results of the completed questionnaire are made visible to the shipper who requested the data, plus any other shippers that the carrier designates.
STEP 5: Each shipper can then engage in direct discussions with each individual carrier concerning any specific environmental requirements or targets to be achieved. This contact takes place outside of the programme.
Carriers can update their data at any time, and forward the results to any shippers they choose who are registered in the Programme.
